GeoDBMS is a Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solution that is developed to your company specification, perfectly suiting how you operate. GeoDBMS is scalable to grow with your company as you progress through the Exploration and Mining phases, and can be operated and maintained in house, or externally by the GdB Data Specialists. GeoDBMS is a pay as you go development, not a subscription service, meaning once your GeoDBMS is developed and deployed, you own it, and it is yours to use for life, no more subscriptions, no more renting space in someone else's system, no more end of contract flat file data dumps.
The GeoDBMS solution is built onto and hosted on your company Cloud Service Solution, most commonly Microsoft SharePoint. You have full ownership and Administrator privileges to the system developed for you.
GdB Solutions take security very seriously.
On a personnel level, all GdB Team Members hold valid, clear, Australian National Police Checks.
From a technology stand point, all communication is encrypted, as well as access to sites and programs being password and MFA protected. GdB Solutions entrust an external security provider to provide Anti-virus, Anti-Malware and Ransomware protection which extends to and covers our clients, their data and solutions when the GdB Team are working with them. Please contact your GdB Solutions representative for further information on our Data Security policies and processes.
Absolutely.
GdB Solutions understand the budget constraints, especially on Small to Medium Explorer's campaign style exploration.
We have successfully worked with multiple clients now on solutions to suit their budgets and capabilities. From Development payments, to minimising cost and maximising value Premium Data Management Services, GdB Solutions is ready and willing to work on a solution that works for you.
Once the GeoDatabase system is designed to your company specification, development of the full system takes on average 4 weeks. This includes building the solution onto your company Cloud Service solution, processing and loading of Legacy and Active Program Data, definition and refinement of your company specification Code Library and more.
Small companies do not usually have the manpower to manage the system in house and will engage GdB Solutions to partner with them to deliver this. GdB provide Premium Data Management Services to ensure your system and data operates at its optimum. However, if you do have the capability to manage in house, once the system is deployed, GdB's access can be removed and you will have sole and full control to utilise and manage the system as you see fit. The GdB Team will always be available for support if needed at any stage. Discover more on the Premium Data Services page.
GeoDBMS has been developed with a "Offline first" approach, because we understand that coverage in remote areas is patchy at best. Without a connection, you are still able to access and utilise GeoDatabase AllAccess, as well as the Program Analytics and QAQC PowerView Dashboards, which will be as up-to-date as the last time you had a connection, and will refresh again when you get back in a area with internet coverage.
